Devin Wiser received his undergraduate degree from Utah State University and his law degree from George Mason University. He worked for ten years on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC in various capacities, including as Deputy Chief Counsel for a committee in the House of Representatives and as Chief of Staff to a senior Republican Member of Congress. Devin returned to Utah to be Executive Director of Government Relations and Executive Director of the Walker Institute of Politics at Weber State University. He is currently Vice-President of Government and External Relations at Utah State University.
