Prime Machine is a family-owned business and I started working as a welder in 1994. Since then, I’ve held positions: Manual Machinist, CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, Project Manager, and Sales Manager. In 2017 I was elected by the Board to serve as President.
I’ve enjoyed working in our family business. It’s given me opportunities to learn our business from the bottom up. Which has been very beneficial. I understand the roles and responsibilities of our organization, which allow me to mentor and problem solve when dealing with complex and complicated problems.
